I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed everything. The cakes were..by FAR the best we’ve ever had…I could not even tell they were vegan. They were so moist and wonderful. Cookies were out of this world too! Even my Dad, who is not much of a cake person, was amazed about how good they were.

The cookies were scarfed down by many a vegan. My friend, who has been vegan for a few years now, was especially appreciative. She held up a cookie and made the “these are good!” gesture at me. I’m sure she would have verbalized her feelings had her mouth not been full.

I’m not a vegan but I actually prefer CakeKraft’s vegan desserts because they aren’t heavy or too sweet! The vegan cheesecake is about half the calories of a normal one - you can’t go wrong with that!

We have had several different varieties of Cakekraft creations, and all were not only delicious, but beautiful to see, garnering praise from guests. We first tasted their Karmic Carrot Cake at a birthday party, and were very impressed with the appearance and taste. Since then, we have tried their Vegan Chocolate Benevolence and found it amazingly moist and very rich. Another of our favorite is the Cream cheese filled chocolate cupcakes. These are gorgeous desserts that taste as good as they look!

We are fortunate South Africans who have been treated to the joys of Michelle’s baking skills.  I can recommend her carrot cake, as the best I have ever tasted!  Everything that has come out of her baking kitchen has been first-class.  We live too faraway to be able to sample her goods on a daily basis, but look forward to more of the same on each and every trip to the US of A.  As we are related to each other, we receive far more treats than we should have!
